Holiday Rates 4th of July (July 1 through July 7): $225 per night Christmas and New Year’s (Dec. 20 - Jan. 3): $225 per night Memorial Day Weekend (Friday - Monday): $185 per night Labor Day Weekend (Friday - Monday): $185 per night Home Photos Rates Maps Calendar Booking Information • All renters must sign the rental agreement (at bottom of page) • $80 cleaning fee will be charged in addition to rent (non-refundable) • $200 security deposit required. This deposit will be refunded assuming cabin is left in good condition, with no damages or theft • $150 good faith deposit required to hold specific dates. This deposit will be applied towards the total rent • Weekly stays will receive discounted rates
